    3. Memorywalk is a home based business based out of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

  3. Why are Memorywalk’s Web Projects priced lower than most design companies?

    4. Memorywalk’s Web Projects are completely integrated
    with a open source Content Management System.
    Memorywalk also has experienced web developers
    that have a wide variety of skills in the development
    cycle, enabling a one to one relationship with clients.

  4. How long does it take for Memorywalk to build my website?

    5. The timeline for your website depends on what you desire to be included in your web project. Most projects range from 3 to 6 weeks.

  5. Does Memorywalk only make videos for funerals?

    6. Memorywalk has developed a unique identity in
    providing meaningful videos for funerals and for
    keep sake. Accommodations for Anniversaries and
    Weddings among others are also available. If you
    would like to inquire about a video/Memorial Video
    presentation for any special occasion we will do our best to
    arrange something special for you.

  6. My pictures I want for the Memorial Video are not
    on my computer, they are all printed. Can I still
    use Memorywalk?

    7. Yes you can! If you live locally, contact us and we
    will make a special arrangement to get the photos
    copied onto our computer. If you live at a distance
    from Saint John, NB, you may send the printed
    pictures to us via mail. (Note: This will cause
    significant delays due to mail process. Contact us
    for address information). A $50 CAD added fee is required for
    scanning pictures.

  7. What is the difference from getting Memorywalk to do a Memorial Video and getting my friend to do it for me for cheaper?

    8. Memorywalk uses the industries leading software technology to make sure the optimal quality can be given. We believe loved ones should have the best possible product when remembering close friends or family members. View our photo samples to see the quality photo editing and graphics we do for some of our clients. We guarantee a product that you will cherish for the rest of your life.

  8. What payment methods does Memorywalk accept?

    9. Currently, Memorywalk accepts credit card, eCheck
    and Debit transactions via Paypal. Memorywalk chose
    Paypal due to its secure transaction method and ease
    of use for our clients. Your payment has no
    additional fees through Paypal.

  9. Which funeral homes are Memorywalk associated with?

    10. Memorywalk is an online business and our Funeral/Memorial
    Video can currently be played at most funeral homes. Please check with your families funeral home to ensure they have video presentation capabilites via DVD or computer.

  10. Is Memorywalk.ca a secure site?

    11. Yes, Memorywalk.ca has SSL implemented on its site. All pages that request any kind of information (login page, create account page, payment pages, etc) start with https and present you with the lock symbol in the browser. We have purchased a highly recognizable SSL Certificate from Equifax to ensure no personal information gets mistreated.

  11. I have purchased a Memorywalk Memorial Video, when will I receive my product?

    12. You will receive your product via Dropbox within 48 hours from the moment you place ALL of your photos and/ or video in your Dropbox AND have shared the folder with Memorywalk, enabling access to the files. Memorywalk places the end product in the same shared folder the uploaded files were placed. An email will be sent to you upon completion.

  12. What do I do if I do not own the songs i want for the Memorial Video?

    13. You may request up to two(2) songs for the Memorial Video.
    If for any reason we cannot purchase the songs, or
    you did not mention which ones you would prefer, two(2)
    will be selected for you.

  13. How long does shipping usually take?

    14. Currently Memorywalk does not ship any of its
    products. We use the most convenient way on the web
    for you to get your products from us. Easily
    download Dropbox after ordering a product from us,
    and share a folder with us. It’s as easy as clicking
    share and typing in our email address! Memorywalk
    will give you its email address upon a purchase of a
    product.

  14. Does Memorywalk ship packages to other countries besides Canada?

  15. How do I use Dropbox?

    16. Dropbox is the easy way to share files with Memorywalk. Head over to the Dropbox download page and install the file sharing application onto your computer. After you have paid for your Memorywalk service you can easily request to share a folder with Memorywalk. We have created a short video tutorial on how to share folders with Memorywalk.
